Free Cancellations:


You can cancel your order for any reason within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, the order is processed and handed over to our logistics partner for shipping, making cancellations unavailable.


Return Policy:


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:


If your item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for if the item is defective or faulty provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds:


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 21 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
