To place an order, follow the instructions on our Website. You will have a chance to review your order before submission. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment via email. This acknowledgment does not confirm our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the ordered products, followed by a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, even after acceptance. If we cancel your order, you will not be charged.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping availability and timelines may vary, and all dates provided are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays. The risk of loss for products passes to you upon shipment. Ensure that shipping and billing information is accurate before finalizing your order. Shipping and handling fees will be displayed at checkout.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Returns are accepted within ten (30) days of receiving your order, provided the unit is unopened. Opened units can only be returned due to manufacturer defects. A refund will be processed after inspection of the returned product, and return shipping costs will be deducted unless the return is due to a defect. For returns of five or more units, a $20 restocking fee will apply. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Payment must be made via a valid credit or debit card, or a trusted third-party electronic payment provider.
